Returns and refunds


We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your NURM Co purchase. If something isn’t right, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page within 7 business days of delivery so we can make it right together.


Contact Us First

Before initiating a return or exchange, you must contact us through the Contact Us page. We’ll review your request and work with you to find the best solution—whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or return.


Returns (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Exchanges

We’re happy to help with exchanges (such as sizing), based on product availability.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us through the Contact Us page as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.
